No. There is no travel fee or trip surcharge anywhere inside the 20-mile standard service area, and no surcharge for confirmed-emergency dispatch inside the 30-mile after-hours reach. For an address at the outer 25-mile edge for a small routine repair we may quote a small dispatch surcharge to make the route work, and we tell you the number when you call.
What is the difference between the 20-mile standard radius and the 30-mile premium reach?
The 20-mile radius is our daily route grid, covering same-day or next-business-day scheduling for routine repair, maintenance, and replacement. The 30-mile reach covers new install consults, commercial rooftop work, and 24/7 emergency dispatch. Beyond 30 miles we refer you to an honest independent shop closer to your address.
Do you serve active-duty military bases and military housing?
Yes. Universal City and Randolph AFB, Lackland and JBSA-Lackland, and Fort Sam Houston are all Tier 1. We honor an active-duty and veteran discount of 10 percent on repairs and 5 percent on installs at every base community.
