Emergency dispatch: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Standard dispatch window for AC emergencies inside the service area is 1 to 2 hours. After-hours premium for diagnostic only is $129, frequently waived for heat-vulnerable households at dispatcher discretion.
Service area: Standard 20-mile radius from the Stone Oak shop covers San Antonio, Stone Oak, Alamo Heights, Olmos Park, Terrell Hills, Helotes, Shavano Park, Hill Country Village, Castle Hills, Leon Valley, Schertz, Cibolo, Universal City, Selma, Live Oak, Converse, Bulverde, Boerne, Canyon Lake, Fair Oaks Ranch, and New Braunfels. What if I am outside the 20-mile service area?
Call anyway. Premium installs and commercial RTU jobs we travel up to 30 miles. Smaller service jobs beyond the standard area we route case-by-case. We would rather refer you to a strong local company than do a partial job.
