Tommy is born and raised in San Antonio — 50 years here, never lived anywhere else. Today the team is five field technicians (Matthew, Victor, TJ, Stevie, Joshua) plus office and dispatch, with a combined 100 years of HVAC experience and a core crew that has worked together for more than a decade. Tommy still answers the phone, runs the dispatch board, and shows up on the harder service calls personally. He prefers to be called the general manager rather than the owner — he says the title fits how he actually spends his day better than "owner" does.
